The Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania Tattoo Expo hosted by Black Web Ink Touring will be held at the Parkview Inn Conference Center 1151 Bulldog Drive, Allentown, PA 18104 with about 35 booths filled with tattoo artists, piercers, vendors, and on the spot live tattooing by almost 60 of some of the top artists from around the country!
