Coming back for the 2nd Annual Sandy Tattoo Expo! Chris Steele aka Captain will be announcing all weekend! We also have the lovely Captain and Maybelle performances Chris Steele Elaina Steele all weekend from Americas Got Talent, Ripleys Believe It Or Not! and the Guiness book of world records, Tattoo awards ceremonies, and cash prizes for the Tattoo of the day contests! Live tattooing, piercing, and performances all 3 days. Captain and Maybelle NGN Suspension (All performances are by professionals and under the direct supervision of professionals! Not available for general public to participate in aside from actual spectating) Artist list will continue to be updated as applications are approved by both BWIT and local health department.
